Easy. Simple. They sound alike to me. But I’m so often amazed at how we (humans, that is) tend to look for and make things complicated. Like exercise, for example. Who ever said you have to have expensive equipment or a gym membership or a trainer to get and stay fit? And regarding eating – where did we get the idea that there were some special secret rules about how to eat well? And how, in this age of pervasive computer literacy, did we forget GIGO – Garbage In, Garbage Out – when it comes to our thinking?
Wellness and healthy living isn’t rocket science. Exercise (move). Make wise nutritional choices (eat). Fill your noggin with good stuff, not junk (think). Sounds pretty simple and easy to me.
